There are two parts to today's homework - both of which will require to work with your language partner.
PART 1
1: read the story about the kidnapping of the Child of the famous aviator Charles Lindberg on page 26 of the textbook.
2: Read the profiles of the people in the case on the same page and discuss which people seem suspicious to you.
3: On a sheet on paper write down your ideas about each person and your reasons why they might or might not have committed the crime.
PART 2
1: read the story The Vegas Victim by Richard Ciciarelli.
2: think about who shot Jack Watkins and why.
3: On a sheet on paper write down your ideas about the crime: who do you think committed the murder and why you think it was them.
Random pairs/groups will be selected to present their findings on one of the two mysteries on Wednesday.
